Every two to three weeks. The interesting part is why, and what decides where in that window you personally sit.
Two to three weeks from your last appointment, every time. Book it before you leave and you never have to think about it again.
At four weeks a fill is no longer possible — there is not enough of the set left to build onto, so it becomes a full set at full price. I cancel fills booked past that point rather than have you arrive to an appointment that cannot do what you are expecting.
Your natural shed cycle. Everyone loses a few lashes a day and regrows them on their own schedule. Some people are simply faster, and there is nothing to fix — you just fill at two weeks instead of three.
Your style. Volume shows loss soonest because a shed lash takes a whole fan. Classic thins evenly. Hybrid hides it longest, which is why it is my most-booked set.
How you sleep. Face-down sleepers lose extensions on one side and know exactly which side.
What touches them. Oil-based cleanser, heavy sunscreen and daily steam all shorten the bond. See aftercare.
Classic $80, hybrid $90, volume $95 — an hour each.
Filling every three weeks works out around $115–$140 a month. Every two weeks is $160–$190. Letting it slip to a full set is $180–$200, which is the expensive way to save money.
If budget is the reason you are stretching fills, the better move is a lighter set you can afford to maintain rather than a full one you cannot.
In the hour I first remove extensions that have grown too far out to sit straight — grown-out lashes twist, and a twisted extension is what makes a three-week-old set look untidy.
Then I fill the gaps on the natural lashes that have come through since, matching the curl, length and (for hybrid and volume) the texture of your existing map.
